I purchased MakeMKV a couple of years ago. Computer/HDD crash and I lost my setup. How do I recover my registration code?

The application is sold through the Avangate merchant processor. You will have to create an account on the developer's Forum and ask for info there. I have looked for a way to contact him, but there isn't one available except the forum.
I've downloaded the program for Mac and also received a key, but where do I insert the key?

Like the Windows version, the Mac version of the software works in the same way. Start it from the Applications folder (after it has been downloaded), then go to Finder bar while the application's window is activate, and locate Help > Register. Input the serial number and the application should be installed properly.
The latest version of the application is 1.8.11 and it's available for downloading on the official website. However, I have installed it and it's working just fine. There is no message appearing with the warning you have posted. It starts and works normally. Download a new copy, then use Run as Administrator when installing and it should work.
It is impossible to load the correct version of MakeMKV app. When opening the app, the following PopUp appears : "The application version is too old ...". No change after retrying. What should I do?

This link will help you download the latest version for MakeMKV directly from developer site. Save the setup of this application on your computer, install it and that should work without any other problems.
After you have purchased the application, a key will be emailed to the email address used in the process.
Download the software from here: http://www.makemkv.com/download/
Once it's installed, go to Help > Register, add the key from the email, and the software should be registered.
